Cancellation and Return Policy
A credit card must be held on file to book an appointment. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made outside of this time frame will result in a 50% charge of the booked appointments. Clients that no call/no show their appointments will be charged 100% of the booked appointments and will not be rebooked. When calling to cancel, either reach out to your techinican or call the salon and leave a voicemail.
All salon services are voluntary and non refundable.
All of retail products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
