Our guests and team are our first priority- that's why we want to keep you up to date on the changes to the way we work, how we're prioritizing your needs, and those of our team and much more. 


  • Upon entering the salon and before you leave, we ask that you sanitize your hands with provided hand sanitizer. There will be hand sanitizers throughout the salon. As we all know, sanitizing and washing your hands is crucial in the spread of COVID-19. 


  • We ask that you remain in your car until your appointment time to minimize the number of people in the salon and to maintain social distancing. This allows us to sanitize our work area before you come in. You are also welcome to wait in the hallway outside of the salon but try to maintain social distancing. 


  • Masks are recommended to be worn in the salon at all times. If you choose to wear a mask, we are asking that you come with your own mask, preferably one with ear hooks. If possible, please use one that you do not mind getting stained with color, shampoo, or other solutions that we use during your treatments and services.   


  • Please do not come to an appointment if you are ill, symptomatic, or positive for Covid-19. We will gladly reschedule your appointment.  


  • We ask that you do not bring another guest with you to your appointment unless they also have an appointment with another technician. We completely understand if there are complications with appointment times due to childcare. We will gladly reschedule your appointment for another time. Although we do have extra seating throughout the salon, we want to minimize the use of that seating and amount of people in the salon. If you are a family that comes together for your appointments, we ask that you get serviced one by one while everyone else waits in the car. Please use your best judgment when making these appointments. For children that are not old enough to be serviced by themselves, we ask that only one parent or guardian come with to the appointment.  


  • Until further notice, we will be canceling our beverage services. You are more than welcome to bring a beverage of your choice to your appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience.  


  • We will be servicing clients by appointment only. We will not be accepting walk-in appointments. Our online booking feature from the MINDBODY app has been disabled. 


  • We will no longer have paper menus for services available. All of our services and pricing are available on our website:  


  • If you are looking to purchase a gift certificate, we do have paper ones on hand but would prefer it if you could buy a paperless one from our website. You can also download the MINDBODY app and purchase them from there. You can schedule a date to email the gift certificate to the recipient.  


  • We will try to go as paperless as possible. Please let us update your client profiles so you can receive your receipts, appointment bookings, and appointment confirmations via email. You can also subscribe down below to receive updates and other communications. 


  • As the phases of the Back On Track Indiana guidelines change, we will also update and communicate what those changes look like for us. 



If you have questions about anything, please call the salon for clarity. We do not use a receptionist. If we do not answer, please leave a detailed message, and we will call you back as soon as possible. We may be with a guest and unable to answer the phone.
